このところずっと忙しくてドリームに乗れなかった。夕方６時頃から安芸津の大芝島へ。
島はいいね。ドリームもいいね。夕日に照らされて海がきれいだった。家からすぐにこんな景色のいい所に来れるなんて幸せだと思う。鍼灸院落ち着いたらドリームでのんびりと県北方面にツーリング行きたいな。

今日もひとっぱしり！
今日も夕方７時過ぎてから自転車で走りに行った。リアホイールが重くて回転抵抗もあるトレーニング專門車だ。
踏み出しが重い重い！回転が上がってからも重い（＾＾；）。まあいいトレーニングになります。
これでノーマルホイールに変えたらさぞかし軽く感じるだろうな。
このホイール、マグネシウム製との事。重いけど丈夫な事この上ない。２年前からこれを付けているがずっとこんなホイールを探していた。僕はスプリントが好きなので良く練習ではダッシュをする。
スポークにかかる負担は高く、”ピン”と音がしてスポークが良く折れていた。その度に修理するのがめんどくさかった。
一々スプロケットを外さないといけないし振れ取りもその度にしないといけない。
”あーあもっと重くても丈夫で安いの無いかいな？”とずっと思っていたものだ。・・・・でネットで見つけて買ったという訳。
ホイール単体で１，６ｋｇ、タイヤやチューブも重いやつだからざっとノーマルの３５０ｇリムチューブラーの倍だ。
シールドベアリングで丈夫だが、回転抵抗も大きい、安い分精度が悪いのだろう。大体トレーニング用としては満足なのだが
ちょっと頂けないところがある。硬いのだ。ちょっとした路面のゴツゴツも良く拾う。
まあそれでもどれだけ踏んでも壊れないと思えるだけの強度があるので良しとしよう。
ちょっとでも体力を付けてまた記録会に出たいものだ。
今日は練習終わって玄関でパチリ。
